Responsible for collecting requirements from key stakeholders and process owners and translating those into high profile presentations.Manage stakeholders to ensure criteria for requests are captured and work independently across multiple towers to capture updates and drive resolution.Identify and develop data monitoring points. Develop, refine and publish relevant reports to support the overall Governance Model Build reports in easily understood formats based on reporting best practices.Support innovation efforts to continually refine processes going forward.
