The creation of strategic, well-constructed and integrated Data Products to power the most important Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Operational use cases for data consumers and users across the entire organization is a core pillar of our enterprise-wide Data strategy. In this context, establishing a solid, modular Candidate and Recruiting Data Product portfolio is critical given their extensive use and enablement nature across a very wide range of BCG units and teams.
