What will you do?Process steward for a disciplined offer creation process - following agile and adapted agile guidelines.Manages reporting and governance cadence for assigned projects. Orchestrates review and quality sessions (walkthroughs, spec, lessons learned reviews).Animates project stage gate reviews and release milestones.Manages one or multiple projects in parallel.Leads a collaboration process with resource owners, technical project leaders, other project managers, and cross functional leaders to initiate new projects and develop execution plans for project increments.Facilitates a collaborative backlog management process with Offer Management, Technical Resource, Customer Quality input.Maintains project development cost & budget tracking.Applies quality function perspective to deliverables.Supports the CS organization regarding Offer Creation process.Participates in PMO, OLM [offer lifecycle management] communities - Industry Automation, Industry Automation Services.Collaborates with supply chain teams for offer industrialization.
