WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Cross Border working Senior Co-ordinator role is to assess and guide MDP’s, LAB case teams and BST travellers to maintain compliance requirements related to working across international borders (including tax, social security, Posted Worker notifications and immigration).Leveraging BCG’s formal network of subject matter experts and acting as the interface between the case teams, employees, SME’s, local payroll, Finance and HR teams as required.Whilst the CBW Senior Coordinator may not be a deep technical expert in all aspects of cross border compliance, they will use their considerable knowledge and experience in international compliance and the BCG network of experts to facilitate solutions with a consultative approach.
