The Creative Support Team Manager oversees a team of creative resources (graphic designers and content developers) who deliver, on behalf of hundreds of clients, best practice communications that promote Alight products and services. The role is based on strong project, operations, relationship and people management skills and works with a variety of stakeholders such as business and product leaders as well as other creative experts within Alight’s Engagement Services business.SummaryThe Creative Support Team Manager oversees all delivery aspects for a portfolio of communication projects and campaigns of varying sizes and complexity over the entire life of an Alight service.
