You will explore the markets on Eaton’s installed base, create business plan and establish service sales in person. You will work closely with local, country sales, EMEA service product management and EMEA center of competence securing best available solutions to the customers. You will functionally oversees the Services end to end being the referee between business priority and operational constraint. The country operations leaders will functionally report to you as country service lead. You will collaborate with the cluster operation manager to ensure the right balance between operation alingment, resource need and business priorities.
