Eaton’s ES AMER PCS ICD division is currently seeking a Cost Out Project Leader.What you’ll do:PRIMARY FUNCTION:The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead and execute on operations-related activities for top cost out initiatives alongside design engineering, marketing, SCM and the associated manufacturing plants to improve product cost through engineering changes, VAVE, resourcing, insourcing, Etc. with a self-starting, hands on approach. Additionally, the Cost Out Lead Engineer will be responsible for building a pipeline of projects while ensuring existing deck is being executed on critical path actions according to committed schedule. This position will work as part of the ICD cost productivity team in alignment with the overall strategy.
