Provide on-going support of the existing production and disaster recovery infrastructureEnsure all facets of the production infrastructure are available and healthy on a 24×7 basisRespond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure high-availability of our production environments and participate in an afterhours on-call rotationAssist in s etting up and supporting the network, development, and QA environmentsProvide input and directly participate in critical technology architecture design decisions that enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the enterprise IT infrastructure.Work in coordination with other internal teams to ensure the infrastructure fully and effectively supports current and planned application systems.
