Infosys Public Services is seeking aContracts and Compliance Manager, for our Rockville, MD headquarters.Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):The position will support the IPS legal team and report directly to the IPS General Counsel. This individual will perform compliance and contract management functions for a uniquely varied set of contracts with clients from US federal, state, local, and international governments. The supported projects will mainly consist of IT services, software development, and hosting/cloud-based delivery contracts. Experience includes significant technical knowledge and experience with highly complex contractual arrangements, as well as the ability to perform in complex cross-functional business environments. Must have previous experience with a wide variety of US federal, state, and local government entities and with various contracting vehicles including GWACs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, IDIQs, MSAs, NDAs, license agreements, and Teaming Agreements. Must know various Federal regulations, such as ITAR, and Federal reporting requirements, i.e., SAM, and GSA.
