The CM is part of a team of contract managers working in close cooperation with the project leadership team, overlooks, analyses, and clarifies the commercial and technical contractual rights and obligations of all stakeholders and thus has a major contribution to the execution and completion of a large turnkey project in the required time and quality and also to the achievement of the commercial targets. Also, the CM from time to time is involved in supporting the tendering team in negotiations of complex project contracts.
